MapLoader just updated to v2.0.2 and it won't detect my phone at all, sitting there saying "waiting for device".
I've just updated my N95-1 to the v30 firmware and I thought I'd take the opportunity to do some housekeeping, such as only install apps I wanted, delete unnecessary files etc. In the process, I wiped the memory card and then reformatted it using the phone. However, this then required me to re-download the maps.
I launched the MapsLoader and it went ahead to update itself. Now it won't detect my phone anymore, showing the flashing message "Waiting for device". I've searched on here and on the net for solutions and I've tried the following to no avail:
- Restarting the phone
- Restarting the PC
- Uninstalling/reinstalling MapLoader
- Connecting the phone in PC Suite mode
- Connecting the phone in Data Transfer mode
- Leaving PC Suite running
- Closing PC Suite before proceeding
- Deleting the Private folder from the memory card
Has anyone else experienced this?
