Bad firmware flash :(

Hi guys, i was just running the v30 update and for some reason pc suite said the phone had been disconnected. now when i switch it on the screen remains black

any advice?

Switch phone off. Press and hold the green call key + 3 key + * key. Switch phone on and if asked for a passcode the default is 12345.

take it to your local nokia service centre or a phone shop that flashes phones firmware

they will have software that will be able to un brick your phone and by the sounds of it you havent got anything to loose matey 😊

And even out of warranty, its been said when a FW update fails by their software, they will repair it free of charge. (Germany definetely). Not sure about other countries

Where do you live? In UK, the N95 range has a 2 year warranty...

Any reason why I have version 20 software and nokia updater still says its the most recent firmware?
