Unlock N95 8GB (already got the unlock code)

Hi, everyone, I'm using my Vodafone UK N95 8GB with hyperSIM in Hong Kong.
Yesterday I got the unlock code from Vodafone UK but I don't know how exactly I can make use of it.

Can anyone give me a guide, please? :redface:

I believe that guide is universal for newer Nokias.
