Hi, I searched your site for information on how do software gets published on it but did no manage to find any. All I saw was a message at the bottom of a page :

But there are not any links towards a page.
I then tried to contact you but received no answer, I assumed you are busy.
If you can direct me to the information, or someone that managed to post software, I would appreciate it.
