New Firmware - cant update?? N95-Sport

Hi,

After loosing my phone and having it replaced under insurance, they gave me a N95 Red Sport model rather than the standard one. Havent a clue whats different between models other than the red case, but it seems to have a different product code, and NSU does not show new firmware available for it.

Any advice?? The product code shown is 0566389

Phones locked to carriers(e.g. O2) have their own versions of the firmwares which include their own icons, links etc. and these are typically released a number of weeks after the generic firmware. If you don't want to wait it's pretty simple to change your product code to -say- Euro1. You'll need a pc program called Nemesis.

its not a branded phone though, came in original nokia packaging totally unlocked.... just happens to have a different product code because its red!!
