I was just listening to some music with my w960i. then all of the sudden it had an error. and after that I can't access the media memory(8gb built in memory) anymore. I've tried the format media memory but it said there was no media memory. and after I master reset the phone it said that the media memory is corrupted. can somebody please help me with this problem? thanks!
