Hot on the heels of Star Wars being released and Resident Evil being announced, the official N-Gage blog has now confirmed that Spore Origins will be coming to the N-Gage platform. There's no release date yet, but it could be soon as the N-Gage blog includes a link to a hands-on preview of the game.

(waits for those iPhone fans who said "Ha ha ha you don't have spore!" to now say "But... but... it's not as good! It can't be! Come on, it's N-Gage! Sidetalking!"😉
On a topical note, apparently the PC version of Spore is having a spot of trouble with angry customers because of its rather restrictive DRM... let's hope the mobile version isn't quite as stupidly locked down.
That's a big news. Now it will be Creebies vs Spore. Though Spore will probably have less of connectivity features, but its name may beat Creebies. N-Gage is surely improving - Star Wars, Metal Gear, Prince of Persia, Resident Evil, interesting indeed.
I suspect Creebies will be a better game, but we'll see... 😊
Either way it's nice to see third party support with such famous names coming to N-Gage, it will help draw attention to the platform.
Tzer2: actually NGage doesn't have spore. "Will be coming" is future tense I guess 😊 No, I don't have an iPhone.
I already have Spore: Origins on my N82. Bought it a week ago, played it, finished it, then replayed it because I liked it so much, and finished it again. What's the added benefit to me in the game soon being available on N-Gage? The platform needs games to be released the same day as it's available on other platforms, or it needs exclusive titles, but this just gives me the impression N-Gage is a cumbersome platform where I have to pay more money to get games later.

I'd quite like to know where you bought it too. It may be that you bought an inferior Java game, which tend to be released more quickly than smartphone games.
Going by EA's previous record, they usually release quick and dirty 2D Java games first, and then later release more polished 3D versions (sometimes with online features too) on N-Gage. These games might have the same branding but they're usually totally different games when you actually play them.
But at the end of the day we can't make any comparisons until we see what the N-Gage version is like. They haven't even published any screenshots yet let alone videos or playable demos.
Unregistered where do you bought it?!
just to mention that i asked this... to not confuse
i already played the java version, and its really well done, but doesn't compare with any N-Gage game...
man..
its a java game!!! lol
