Greenpeace has released the 9th Edition of its 'Guide to Greener Electronics'. The latest edition sees Nokia reclaim its number one ranking with a score of 7 out of 10. It leads ahead of Samsung on 5.7, Sony Ericsson on 5.3 and Motorola on 3.7. Greenpeace says Nokia's improved ranking is largely down to improved take-back practises in India.

"Take back practices in India" ? Never have i or anyone i know heard about this. Nokia needs to increase customer awareness about this. I dont even know where i'm supposed to go about for it..
If you go to the Nokia India website, then click on Support and then Repair & Recycle, then select the Recycle tab, you'll find this page:

Basically it says that if you want to recycle a phone just take it to any Nokia care centre. There's also a link to find the nearest care centre:
