Ok I now know the difference with speeds and other properties with the N85 and N96. (See my previous topic)

[*]My main question is what are the average sizes of Applications ?
[*]How many applications can I fit (roughly) on 50Mb ?
[/LIST]
Excluding big data hogs. Video/Audio/Huge Datasets.
Thanks.
1. Hard to say. I don't know of anyone who has calculated such an average. I'd guesttimate that for Java applications it is a couple of hundred KB, and for S60/Symbian applications it is a couple of MB.
2. If you get a satisfactory answer to your first question, the answer to this one requires only very elementary math skills. 50 / 2 = 25. 50 / 0.2 = 250.

Symbian apps tend to be rather small. I dont know if anyone has an average figure. But if just take a look at 10 popular SIS files, sizes tend to be between 125KB and 500KB, and some larger ones 600KB up to 2MB.
If you are referring to what you can install on the internal C: drive, I would only ever install themes and some very critical apps there. Everything else should go to mass memory on the N96/N95-8GB or memory card on the N85/N96/N95. The main benefit of installing on C: is that you retain this drive when you connect to your PC in USB mass storage mode.
