Feedback Forum updated

Well, after taking a bit longer than expected, Nokia has finally updated the N-Gage Feedback Forum site with fourteen accepted ideas and three completed ideas. Just click on the relevant tabs to see the accepted and completed suggestions along with Nokia's official responses. Some major suggestions still unaddressed though are the status of the N73/N93 and the addition of a wireless controller for use with TV Out (which is odd as Nokia has already announced that the Zeemote will be N-Gage compatible, surely this should be marked as "completed"?).

Read on in the full article.

They took their time! 😊

As we said before, if Nokia can keep updating this site at regular intervals it should become a very valuable way to build community spirit around the platform.

The trick is to stick to those regular updates...

Hi Tzer2
First of all.i like to thank you because always answer our (users) questions.

Second i.m about to ask you something that can be a little annoying for you but if you love the ngage you can do this effort.

Starting from i don't have a pc at home and is a little bit difficult for me to have the chance to use a pc (with internet).i always use my trusty nokia to surf the web.

But unfortunaly i'm still not able to do everything with flashy sites.

So i would like you to make a request (under fake name if you really can't use yours) on the user voice site of a game > SkyForce :Revolution made by IDreams (of course).

And if you write it like always (i can see the passion you put in your job.and it ain't so bad like a job 😊 ) this request would reach the top in only a week and nokia would have no chance but to pray those talentfull guys at IDreams to make another game.

It's great to hear that big titles are coming to ngage.but this can really help a lot.i mean every windows_palm_pocket pc etc. know this title and hasn't been ever beaten the infinite fun it had offered.

So Please make this big effort for we ngage fans.

Ciao.

About time they added some more responses, I thought they'd forgotten all about the feedback forum & it was doomed to become an abandoned foriegn language request forum with hundreds of multiple registrations users voting for their ideas🙄

The replies were predictably cherry picked from the bunch of issues that we could do with official replies on though(including of course the N73/N93 support which they hopped over while making way down the list). Poor show from Nokia in my opinion.

Eletrix, I am fairly sure Nokia has already asked Infinite Dreams to do another game, probably another COTD.

Whether they ask Idreams to do a scrolling shoot-em-up probably depends on whether Space Impact did/does okay, which we don't know.

Tetlee, at least they are responding, though a bit late. But it is odd that they are taking so long to say anything about the N73/N93. Maybe they're waiting for everyone to buy a new phone and forget about those models?

Hi everyone, it took a long time to initially update the forum because, as with any big public company, we have to be careful what we say 😊 It took a lot of effort and work to get those responses posted and involved a lot of people, that being said we have a process in place now and the plan is to update it on a monthly basis. Thanks for mentioning the Zemote, you're right, even though it is a 3rd party accessory we actually bundled it with the N85 in Germany so we'll update that.

We're also working on some updates to the forum so we don't end up with planned features (like various languages) clogging up the top spots. Anyway, thanks again,

K

Karl, thanks for the personal response, and thanks for doing the update. If you can get it monthly from now on then it should become a very valuable connection between N-Gage and its users.
