I hope that there is someone here who can help me as I am struggling with this one, basically I have a Orange UK Branded Nokia E65 which I wanted to upgrade the firmware on - Now I had to change the product code so that I would update to the new Version 3 firmware and I changed the product code to 0543460 which is for a Euro Generic 1. The problem is that half way though the firmware update my PC gave me the great Blue Screen of death and restarted. This happenned during mid firmware flash and now the phone will not power up. I have tried reattaching the device to the PC using the cable but windows shows is as a unknown device and tells me that as USB device has failed.
I managed to get the Nokia Update software to detect the phone but once I clicked next, it told me that it has lost connection with the phone before I have the chance to restore the files.
Is there anything can I can do to get the phone restored? bearing in mind that the phone will not power up now at all and does not even show that its charging then the plug is attached?
I hope that there is someway to save my poor little phone 😊
