I don't think mine is working, what applications should it work in?
If I go to the settings:
Tools > Settings > Gerneral > Navi wheel
I only have the option to turn on/off the breathing, am I missing some options?

Navi wheel in N96
From what I've heard, it's disabled in the release version of the N96. We can only hope that a later firmware update will reenable it.
No, the N96 does not have the "touch" option of Navi wheel. It is just a rocker.
But unlike the N95, you can go diagonally (e.g. in Maps, in Games).
Also, in music player, you can "double click" upwards or downwards to scroll through your music.
