Hi
I am currently looking for an application that will grab GPS details off a bluetooth GPS device and then post it as part of a URL to a web-server so I can allow real time tracking of my phone and GPS equipment. It has to post the details to my web-server not a third party service. Does anybody know of any software available that is able todo this, or could someone post the details that would allow me to program a Java Application to achieve this?
Many Thanks

Not to drag an old post from the dead, but, this is almost exactly what I am after. I see this user has made another post as well with no reply:

I am running a e61i with a Bluetooth GPS receiver. Is there any existing application that will grab my GPS position, say every 20 seconds, and then post it to a PHP/CGI Perl page on a web-server and start the cycle again? Or if not, is it relatively easy to develop for S60 and make my own?
Many Thanks

I've got an E71, and want to use the internal GPS, rather than an external. I'm already up with the play with php/google maps api, so would much rather an application that can sit in the background and submit information to my own webpage every x odd seconds so I can do what I want with that information, rather than some other company do what they want, along with bombarding me with adverts in the same time.
It's been a few months, are there any out of the box apps that will do this?
