Hello,
I think that I must clean some file in my storage card, but I don't know...
When I power on my phone, I always get the "Installing" screen trying to install something that I don't know what is.
Any clue?
Thanks!

Yeah, I had that too
It's some part of an installation that gets left behind
The only way around it I found was to wipe the card.
Yes, I had that too. I reformatted my memory card and it is gone. So does my Nokia Map! The software is there, but the maps detail no longer can be found. So I restore my card manually and the auto install re-emerge. *sigh*
Can't find and don't know where to find the file for that 'auto install' thingy on the memory card.
This happened after a failed freeware installation sometime ago. Can't really recall what was the software though. Some utility I guess.
Please anyone can help us?
If you see this, look up on the phone in App.mgr if you seen any programs with a name like "A123456789". If you do, try to uninstall them there. If tnat does not work, connect the phone to a PC in USB mass storage (data transfer) mode, find the "123456789" subdirectory under \private on the memory card, and delete it (that's where the program that fails automatic installation is).
Yea, I read about that AppMgr / file-delete thing, but it didn't apply to me - I had no A12345... and nothing similar under \private
I've followed this on my E51 but I believe someone else suggested this method.
