route66 v8 not working on n96

can anyone please confirm that it's working on the n96. It loads but when i click on option, the left soft key, route66 crashes. I've downloaded the latest software from there website and still doesn't help

The same for me. You can use it partially when you use the number keys (1 for destinations, 5 for GPS infos, ...) instead of the options button. You cannot change any option, but at least you can use it with the standard options.

nope is not.
only parts work (no menu)

r66 say it is noy compatible yet!?!?

ctually if you check out there web again now as of last week, it is saying that they support the N96 again

Hi there,

I thought you might be interested to know that the Samsung i8510 has an identical problem - looks like it might be an FP2 issue. The link pointed out above also indicates that the i8510 is supported so I wouldn't hold your breath. I have a support call outstanding with Route66 - I will update if I hear anything back

Hi all,

As promised here is the update - go to thed route 66 site and download the latest version of the S60 V3 software. This seems to work much better on the FP2 devices
