problem removing "all nokia 9210i data" access den

how do i supposedly to remove this all data thing

and i have had try ctrl-shift-f to format

but i can't go to the format screen

help meeeeee

First of all you have to decide what you need:

Removing installed aplications or
Formatting the Device

Try using format string after reboot, only when you see Shaking Hands Logo.

hi...i was removing some apps den i accidentally removed "all 9210i data" although it wasn't complete, it totally deleted the clock, memory viewer, calculator, real player, excel, word, presentation, file manager....now i don't know wat to do cuz i havn't backed up my files yet cuz i just bot it! wer can i get the software so dat i cud retrieve all of the lost data???? please help me!!!!!! what kind of lost data? like your calendar or something? or the applications? the sis files? i think your data are lost, but the sis files has a remedy, your phone comes with a cd right? browse the cd and install them to your phone.
