What that packet data constantly connected problem is

I think its the built in Shozu app.

I sent 7 pictures to upload to facebook, then decided I couldnt be bothered and closed Shozu (completely, from task manager). I couldnt figure out why packet data kept connecting, as I *thought* i didnt have any apps open. After a few hours the problem mysteriously went away.

Then when I got home the pictures were on my facebook. They had completed uploading even when the app was completely closed.

Could that be what other people are experiencing?

Thanks for the suggestion SRW985 . I will try this or just remove it altogether. I am grateful for any suggestions as I said before .

I don't think I am being stupid on this one (but have been proven to be otherwise by dumb machines before 🙄 ) but I could have missed something like that even though I have not used that app .

Any other suggetsions MORE than welcome .
