I have 3 UK E61 which I need updated to generic V3 firmware.
I ran NSS and succesfully changed the product code to a UK generic version.
However, when I tried to use the NSU it connects and then reports that the "phone is not recognised". Does anyone know why this might be. I tried reinstalling the NSU and cable drivers and even tried another PC.
I also notice on Youtube that someone shows an E61 being flashed with v3 firmware over NSS direct from the PC. It doesn't give any details about whether a special cable is required or not. Anybody know if I can use NSS to do this as I have downloaded the firmware.
