Google Maps GPS connection — Nokia N95 and N95 8GB

Hi, I've just got myself a new N95 and am disappointed to find that the GPS function does not seem to work in Google Maps.

At the moment I'm getting a 'Sorry, we can't specify your location at the present time'-type message, whereas the location function works perfectly in Nokia maps.

Is there something I'm missing here or a fault in the installation. Curiously too, my browser also won't allow me access to m.google.com/maps for a reinstall (I'm with Vodafone).

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Does your browser work perfectly otherwise?

I am with Vodafone and have no trouble accessing, downloading and using Google maps.

It seems to be working now, although in a very bizarre fashion - I was told I was in the centre of Dusseldorf earlier. I'll see how it goes for now then seek assistance later if need be. Cheers
