I have just reflashed my N95 8GB to V20 and cant get my phone to restore from the mass memory.
It says there are 117mb free on the phone memory and when I go into my mass memory the back up I created is only 33mb. Yet when I try to restore it says there is not enough memory available to restore mass memory.
Is there any software out there that I can use to open up the backup file on the mass memory using my laptop? As currently I have lost all my contacts ~200 and all my calendar entries.
Any info/help would be greatly appreciated.

Just changed my product code to Euro 1 and updated to V30, tried to load on the original back up from mass memory but still no joy, found a backup on the laptop though from March 08 so not too bad, but would still like a software tool that can manipulate the .arc backup

Don't know about opening up the Back-up file but you could just change your Sync settings on your PC suite to sync from the computer to the phone, providing you had previously fully synced your phone to the PC. If you open up Sync on your PC Suite you will be able to check your settings and when you last synced.
