N95 Bluetooth File Failure

Brand new N95 with latest firmware 14.0

Everthything works fine but I am unable to send BLUE TOOTH to anything. Pairing is fine and recieveing is fine but no matter what i send i get

SEND FAILED...

Any thoughts please its driving me mad

The latest firmware is V30 so I would guess that yours is a branded handset. You can check here to see if you have the latest firmware:-

Even if you have the latest firmware for your handset it might be worthwhile reinstalling it to see if this solves your problem.

The Phone shows the following version installed

V14.0.001

RM 159
NOKIA N95 (43.01)

Is this not the latest firmware ?

If you follow the instructions I gave in my previous posting you will find the latest firmware available for your handset (this may not be V30 if you have a branded hanset),
