Some of oyu guys have followed my fears since I decided to buy the P8, and a couple of problems I had dealing with it.

I think it's fair to make an update, if for no other reasson than being objective.

Okay, here's my experience. I bought from Mobile Fly, 759$ (now 749). They're in singapore. I got my phone in four days but it had the r1B firmware when I was told it would come w/ r1d (this was an unfortunate mistake by one employee, they usually send R1B). I also found a little scratch so I was unhappy...well I contact them and I have never been treated better. I mean, they offered me a 150$ refund if I wanted to keep the phone or a full refund. I asked for an eschange and they agreed. I did not want to return the phone until the new one arrived and they agreed. They're covering shipping expenses for the exchange. I was contacted by several different offices and eventually by the sales rep. Since I had made such a fuzz the sales rep Bryan Lee went directly to the provider and demanded a unit w/R1D for me, even though I accepted the fact that the new one would have R1B. Now they're shipping and I should get it on monday. I would get it on sunday, but Fed ex doesn't deliver icon_biggrin.gif. So, if I it seems I'll get 2 phones on less than the time HK is taking to send 1. My advice?....try mobilefly.com.

You can read other postings regardin this matter under my name. Posting my concerns (i.e Weird, need advice) so you'll know this is not a sales pitch. Good luck all, and get your money returned
