One of my friends said he is using data cable to connect his N80 to PC which is wire connected to DSL high speed internet.
I am already having high speed internet on my N95 through WiFi adapter. My PC is wire connected to DSL high speed internet. That friend suggested me that I should connect my N95 to PC via USB cable to have much better internet speed on N95.
I am unable to configure any access point which can make use of data cable. Is itreally possible to connect N95 to PC through USB cable and have high speed DSL internet of PC on mobile.
I used cable once to connect my PC to internet via N95 EDGE which performed as a modem for that PC. But I never configured such a connection to have high speed internet of PC on N95.
Any suggestions?

I have my doubts as to your friend really using the USB cable to connect his N80 to the Internet through his PC's DSL. If he does, ask him what software he used to do so and ask him to show it working, too.
Using the USB cable wouldn't give you much faster connection that what you get with Wi-Fi now (or 3.5G/HSDPA if available on your network) on your N95.
I'll meet him and ask the same question. I have been using N95 through WiFi since very long, and I think there is no other way to have DSL on N95 except the one I am using.
your friend is probably just tethering over the cellular network.
