Hi all,
I dont have my PC working at the minute but there are several mpegs i wish to download and watch. Normally when i DL these i get an error message, file cannot be played. After browsing around the forums i see you can get an mpeg to 3gp convertor for your PC but is there some way i can download these onto the phone, convert them to a playable format, then play them on the phone all without using a PC?
Also for eg on IMDB, i cant watch movie trailers from my phone, is there a way around this?

I think your best option is to buy something like CorePlayer (I think thats its name), it plays alot more formats than the built in media player.
I don't think there would be any point with a conversion tool, i don't think the n95's hardware is really up to converting a video file, not in a short period of time anyway.
Although I've never tried IMDB, I'd guess its not working because the built in web brower doesn't support flash video. If you really want this, then I'd suggest downloading Skyfire web browser, by far the best web browser for a phone and supports flash video sites like youtube and IMDB.

Like adz07 said, have you tried using the mozilla browser? We have it on some phones around the office and it works pretty well. Unfortunately one is not around me right now so I couldn't tell you specifically about IMDB. But definitely try that out.
