I've had my N69 four days and it as crashed about 4 or 5 times. When it crashed I can't even turn the phone off, I have to take the battery out and then put it back in. Anyone else getting this?

No I can't update as I'm on T-Mobile and they haven't approved any updates yet...
i have a T-mobile supplied nokia n96 (uk) and so far all has been ok, apart from tomtom 6 not working properly. but mine hasn't crashed or froze yet.
