Only thing you can do is contact NSC (Nokia Service Centre) 😞
That sometimes happens with hardreset...
Especially if you run out of battery while the phone was formatting.
Always have it on charger while hardresetting.

If you have warranty left, the repair should be free.

Thanks but i think i can't do anything because i live in france and i bought my phone in asia, i don't think NSC will do anything for me unless i go to asia with the 7650 and make it repair there.

me too, im from asia but my 7650 is from finland, it says "phone start-up failed.contact the retailer." do you think NSC can do something on this problem. help me!

Try to contact the NSC, ask them if they can do anything about it

Aha, well i'm guessing you have software version 3.12 and your phone hang up cause you used up all the memory. Well your phone can't start up without memory, and that's a bug in 3.12, that if you have less than 200 or 160k space left, your phone won't work

What to do:
You can either go to the NSC

OR

You can do a hard reset, which is entering code:

* # 7 3 7 0 #

MAKE SURE you have a FULL BATTERY and/oryour PHONE IS CONNECTED THE THE CHARGER

Cause the phone needs power and if it ran out of power before finishing the format , you'll have a screwed up phone 😃

You will lose all data (contacts, apps, images.. everything!)

But that's the way around 😞

can i have it on a FLASH, or upgrade it at NSC? cause d code doesnt work.

Yeah tha NSC will flash it for you, or you can flash it yourself if you have a flashbox.

well flash (as i know) flashes (puts) the whole thing back on your phone, you can put a newer OS version, and solve your'e problem, you can change langagues and stuff. Well since you're putting the whole OS again, it'll defintley solve you're problem, cause you'll have a fresh starts!!

However it will be done, it'll solve your problem, so go the NSC!! RUN LIKE THE WIND!! 😃

You know, I WOULD LOVE THAT. Cause the 7650 is always with my dad (i sold it to him 😃) -i needed the money!! For a project i'll post in the Community waffle hopefully 😉

ANywayz, the Power button is useless, my dad got the phone off (i dunno why, i think he slammed it on the wall :P) And then couldn't get it on, so i was forced to switch phones with him! 😮

I stayed the whole night trying to get the damn thing "ON"!! And got it on the next day in the afternoon 😃 You see, if you take off the cover of the Sim Card, you'll find that behind the power button is this little slot, you can see how the power button "works", open you're glove box in the car and you'll find a staple 😃 (trust me, you will!! 😃) make the stable straight and push the black button there, and it'll work! (hopefully 😃)
