I've a w960i, on o2, and generally, like it as a phone., esp. with TomTom on it etc.
My one real frustration, which I've yet to find a solution too, is that, when I'm on a call, the touch-screen buttons allow you to hold or hang up a call. When pressing the phone into my cheek (high winds, etc) or holding it under my chin so I can use two hands, I regularly place a call on hold, or hang up completely.
Is there a setting I'm missing which I could change to prevent this?
