problem with eProfiles Pro 1.50

somehow i have an incomplete installation and now i cant use the software and cant remove it using the AppManager ... it give me App.close Kern-bla bla bla error ...

now my question is anybody have any sort of suggestion to remove this app from my phone?

i'd tried reinstalling but it doesn't help ...

7650 on 3.12 firmware

Did you mess up one of the files of Eprofiles? Maybe you changed it from not Readonly, to Readonly? Check your files. Only after that you could remove the app.

thanks kobe for ur suggestion ...

check all those file in
c:\system\apps\eprofilespro

and

c:\system\programs

and

c:\system\apps\profileapp

but none of the files are read only ... all are in archive mode

do u think i left out any files ??

1 question where is the alarm enhancer file and psint helper file located??

Nope, I don't know where its at. Maybe the reason why your installation does not finish is because the background app of the eprofile is running. Why don't you try to bypass your start up apps before trying to install again. I've posted the steps how to bypass start up before. Just search for it.

Hope that helps.

tried it ... got the steps from ur previous posst ... but still the same ..

hmmm dunno whether is it the wildskinz causing this .... a lot of my app is corrupted since i installed and uninstalled wildskinz !

I don't konw why it didn't install, but I found that when I un-installed eprofiles, it was only partial until I turned off and then on again, to take programmes out of memory and then un-installed again.

Hello mikeeeee,

Please power off/on your phone and try to uninstall Extended Profiles again - should be uninstalled without any problems.

is there any way to safely manually remove it other than using the Appmanager ?? believe me i've tried so many combination using AppManager ... but still couldn't uninstall eProfiles ...

yeah, i tried uninstalling other apps ... no problem at all ...

actually i did send and email to psiloc support earlier but till now still no reply ... then onli i start to post it here ... ..

i am so tempted to deleted the actuall .dll files manually from using filemanager but afraid that it would make thing worst onli ...

try to install again e-profiles up to the existing version.
Then make first the reboot, then make all personalise tones, etc on standart or off.
now u should remove the App-without any troubel.

good luck Smi

Youve just had bad luck. Ive been using eprofiles for about 6months now and had no problems with any of the versions including 1.50. I would highly recommend it to anyone that changes profiles a lot or wants to add that bit extra to their profile settings.
