...ok there are several hardware features that clearly we (i8510 owners) can never have... like an appropriately placed headphone jack...
but i like the full-screen callerid picture on the N96, the i8510
also why don't samsung give you the tv out cable or a remote with playback controls? or even let you know where to buy them from...?
To me the most basic of functions is missing - Voice Dialling!
Voice dialling could be added with firmware updates.
Samsung really do seem to be skimping on the included accessories. We dont even get a proper manual anymore 😞
How does the Call Image feature work? Its different to standard picture ID but confusing.
that's what so annoying you can set a call image and it will show full-screen when dialling, then minimise down when the call is answered... similar to how it is on the N96, but.............. the N96 picks up the contacts picture and uses that as the call images, whereas the I8510 will either show a static picture or a small contact picture....
