The latest N-Gage compatible device, the Nokia N79, has now gone on sale in Italy and is also available in the UK. Going by past experience, it's likely to be available across the whole of Europe very soon. You can find out more about the N79 by reading our sister-site All About Symbian's in-depth preview article.

This may vary from country to country, but it seems that the N79 will come with 15 N-Gage demos pre-installed and a free voucher to purchase one of them.

Where was it out a few days ago? I wish Nokia would announce these things... 😊
As for the downloadable app... just don't see the point. The N-Gage app is built into the N79's firmware so there's no reason to install it yourself.

If it is not in ROM, but factory installed in phone memory, mass storage or memory card, then you might loose it with a reset to factory settings, reformatting of phone memory, and then you need to reinstall.
the reason for having downloadable apps is so ppl can update there application b/c some phones was shipped with older version
