problem with formatting

I'm having a big problem formatting my 9210 it well not respond the to format

The key combo is not super easy to get strait away...try 3 or 4 times and you'll get it!! 😉

I tried more than ? times the format and cancel comes but wean I pres the format nothing happens
It starts normal

Can you tell me is there a cretin file may be I deleted it that will not let the 9210 respond because I deleted allot of files
And the SMS is not responding it only gives me a square Note Not found

normally the format should start :s otherwise service center

well .. when i firsttime tried to format it took me well an hour to get it done ... i would suggest that take off the battery and leave it off for 2 minutes and then try it ... it worked for me ... :roll:
