How can i see the animated gif as wallpaper?

I've just downloaded animated gif and cant see it animated on my phone ,

i see it as a pic, do i need and extra software?

u want to make it as a wallpaper or just to see it with unlimited loops ???

if u want to make it for wallpaper u can use Eprofile Ver 1.50

and if u want to see it with unlimited loops u can use ani viewer or if u have seleq u can see it with the built in ani viewer

where can i download eprofile 1.50?

is there any other software for watching animated gif?

and also i wanted to know if the animated gif can be wallpaper with

and if u just want to see GIF with unlimited loops u can use Seleq or ani viewer
