i8510 Memory Patch???

Its a sis file so not firmware as such.

Firmware updates have been made, originally it was HH6, now we are up to HH9, but its not yet possible to actually update your phone.

Cool. Does anyone know what this memory patch actually does then? You'd have thought they'd have a description!

How stupid

Because of the mulit-lingual PDF installation instructions.

I think, from the installation instructions, that this is a partial fix for Route66

this may seem strange, but since i installed this my phonebook contacts deleting problem does not seem to happen anymore.

Perhaps coincidence? :con?

The memory patch finally resolved my problem of the phone holding up the memory and not releasing it even after I restarted the phone. On installing the application, I can finally see the lost memory coming back. :icon14:

Which firmware version do you have on your phone?

Since installing the memory patch my phone no longer loses the contacts after making a call via bluetooth headset.
