I have a problem using the Nokia suite to back up my contacts and calendar - Nokia suite recognizes the 7650 is connetected - when I click on the Backup/Restore icon there is a message "The device Nokia 7650 has never been backed up to this PC" I then click on the 'Backup' tab and a window opens that says "PC suite backup progress","Closing Programs..." and then nothing happens....all the time the 7650 is still showing as "connected". I then can't close this progress box - I have to close PC suite altogether cry
Please can someone help ???
I've deleted all apps, photo's & messages and intend to do a hard reset as a 'spring clean' of my 7650 system (hence wanting to back up contacts & calendar) - will my WAP/GPRS/MMS access point settings be backed up (?) or do I have to write them on a piece of paper then manually configure them after the hard reset ?
Also, how long does it take to format the 7650 (?) - I know everyone has warned you must have a full battery and have it connected to the charger as well - but at what point will I know when it's finished ? (probably a stupid question, but I just want to make sure I don't cause any damage)
