N96 navi wheel problem

hi guy's i've been and got N96 but cant get navi wheel to work ,i've switched it on in settings too.
I'm just wondering if anybody else as same problem and if they know how to get it working ,thank you for any help or comment's

The settings for the Navi Wheel are to switch "Breathing" on, and off. The functionality of the Navi wheel has been removed on the N96.

the navi wheel was pulled for a Navi key ...

Doesnt make much difference tho... because in my experience the Navi Wheel is rubbish anyway, its very difficult to get to move as you have to be ULTRA light on the pressure.
