Application to use LED(s) as a torch?

There appears to be two levels of brightness for the two LEDs (focus and flash), and I am to understand that if they were on full/flash brightness for extended periods of time, they'll get damaged.

... but what about the other level, the lower brightness/focus level? Or perhaps I'm wrong about the LEDs being damaged above.

Is there an application that I can install that will allow me to use the LEDs as a torch on either level/mode?

I dount keeping them on on at full power would damage them at all it's just that nokia use a capacitor to store up the power to get them to full brightness.

I dont think anyone has successfully managed to hook into an API to make use of them though (maybe one doesent exist without going via the camera)

There should be an application for this installed. I tried to install a flashlight application, but when the installation starts a popup appears saying that it's already installed. I have no idea how to run it though!
