I was wondering what kind of speeds you get when using the remote 60 app and the camera app on the phone.. What's your refresh rate? same as when viewing without remote 60 active? Mine is quite a lot slower. I use bluetooth/serialport.

The refresh rate is of course definitely slower than if you use the phone without RS60. It is too slow to play most games for example, but it is fast enough to use all my apps without problem. I use Bluetooth and TCP/IP.

With the PC software: Go to "File - Setup - TCP/IP" and activate TCP/IP. Press OK. An IP Adress will now be shown on the main screen (see attached picture).

The advantage of this method over connecting via COM port: I can use my two favourite programs at the same time, the Epocware Filemanager (via COM port) and Remote S60 (via TCP/IP)! The disadvantage is that it might be slightly slower than connecting via COM port.

you can get better FPS of refresh for Remote Control changing the options for quality... COLORS = 256 .. or change to JPG Quality LOW or VERY LOW.. to more speed.. the CLOCK Mz... put on 2 or 1
