how to uninstall java applicantion?

I installed some java applicantion (such as Lopan game, Full screen picture, icebloxx, file manager) in memory stick after that I try to uninstall some of them but I cannot find list of that program in menu (Application -> Uninstall). So how can I uninstall it? Now i use File manager to remove file in memory stick and reboot my phone again. Please help me how to do it?

Try this control panel>storage manager>files from there you can check your internal and external memory. click the item you want to delete. Hope this answers your problem

Thank you christomas but if you do like that you can not see an application that you want to uninstall. You can see only file not an applicantion... Please help me....

NOW U OPEN IT ON UR PC AND MANEGE ALL THE FILES U DONT NEED U CAN CANCEL THEM
