HI. I wonder if anyone could help me out on an issue that is really annoying me. Whenever I set an alarm, or an alarm for a meeting/note/memo etc, the phone simply will not alarm at the set time (or any other time for that matter). The settings have the default tone activated, and the phone is not on silent. Tones for everything else work fine eg SMS message, ring tone and keypad tones. It did work ok the first few days, then out of nowhere this stopped working. I rely on the calendar settings quite heavily for meetings etc. I have done a "return to factory settings" but this did not help. Any ideas please?

I also had that, what happened is that I had many recusive Alarms, then I deleted all of them. only created one and tested it after a minute it worked,
Then I re created all the other ones again and now all my alerts works😊
Cheers for that - I deleted my recurrent alarms then set one up for two mins in the future and it worked!
However, I had already kinda fixed it by installing Handy Alarm Pro 14 day trial - which had the effect of making the old recurrent alarms work again - as well as the ones in Handy Alarm. I've deleted the ones in Handy Alarm now - so only time will tell! Didn't really want to pay $14.95 to fix a Samsung firmware problem!!
One thing I noticed is that I don't have a little bell symbol at the top of the screen anymore - which I assumed meant there was an alarm set!
Anyway - I'll know at 21:30 tonight if my reminders are working again!!!
