P800 System Crash - HELP

Hey Folks,

I have the P800 for the past 2 weeks and it WAS FINE.
Ever since yesterday, my P800 starts to experience System Crash.

I cant even shut down. Keep seeing that Hazard Screen.
Only thing to do is to remove the battery and cut the power.

It seems to happen randomly.
(eg while writing sms, engaging phone call)

I am using the latest firmware : R1D.

Should I return and claim warranty? Pls advise.

Have you installed any new software recently?

If so, uninstall it.

Try restoring factory defaults in total (master reset). Be aware that you'll lose info on phone, so be sure to sync it first.

If that doesn't help, you'll probably have to get it fixed/swapped with your dealer, or SE service point.
