Just a quick update, theyve offered me nokia 6620, samsung soul and lg prada! These phones are noway similar to the innov8 at all, so should i either ask them to repair my innov8 again or insist that they offer me similar handsets?bearing in mind they havent offered to reduce my line rental with these 2nd rated handsets.

I'd say similar handsets are the N85 and N96. Like you say, those are not comparible to the innov8. Stick to your guns.

I cant believe he offered me lg prada, when ive had it for 2 years! Lol, ive just got of the phone to them and they said the only option is to repair yours but im not waiting another 3 weeks for it to be repaired, so he said he'll get back to me regarding a different phone. Idiots!

Does anyone know what the legal standing is, if they offered me a gurantee that a refurbished phone works and when i take it home the camera has no lens? And so its a breach of the gurantee? (Ive got a paper copy of it)

I'm not a legal bod, but Im fairly sure thats simply not good enough. You cant give out a phone missing a lens, even if it is refurbished.

Thanks for that link, im going to use the law acts when i talk to them tomorow. They are simply refusing to give me another i8510 because they've exchanged it twice and now are offering me rubish or telling me to wait 3-4 weeks to get it repaired! Its beyond a joke now and its costing me premium rate to ring them as they never ring me back when they say they will 😡
