after they first activated netmonitor???

I don't know about other networks, but on Orange, you can have two voice telephone numbers, each one on a different tarriff.
That way, you can have one telephone number (Line1) for business use and another telephone number (Line2) for personal use.
Data calls can only be made from Line1 (on Orange).
