how to lock the kepad without using the kepad.

press the on/off button gently, and push the joystick upwards, then select

(at least that's what I used to do, the block keyboard was the last option on the list, after the profiles - but it's not there any more!!!) I just installed autostart to trial it - any ideas anyone????

That's about it. The autolock apps needs the sliding of your phone.

What have psiloc got to do with this? This is just a feature of the Nokia 7650. I have no psiloc software installed and mine does this :?

You can also make the "Lock keypad?"screen appear by placing a magnet over/nearby the menu button! 😊
The normal way for the phone to find out that it's closed,is in fact a magnet placed in the keypad-part of the phone...So,what you do here is just confuse the phone to think that it's closed.. 😊
Allthough,when you remove the magnet again,it thinks it's open again,so it also unlocks the keypad... :/

oops.I have a german manual and since I don't speak german I didn't know about this function.well I am fully happy now.

again for those who want to lock the phone without the slider.
1-press the on/off button
2-press up once
3-press the joystick button.

But how do i change the lockcode?

Perhaps you may want to install a 3rd party app like that SeleQ. It's have a auto lock keypad function. 😃

or install Eprofiles 1.5 😉
