Nokia E71 Black or E71 White?

The wite one is a bit "girlish", IMO. But that's a matter of opinion. There're no actual differences, so you should make up your own mind, if you're considering bying an E71 for yoursel.

I don't think I had a choice. The whiter model looked far better than I imagined, but I would have gone for the tungsten-grey one.

The White one is better for oldies with failing eyesight IMO

I would by a white one, early production. The black ones all have latter firmware and can't be hacked. If you don't plan on hacking it, flip a coin.

The "White steel" is the easist keybaord to read - black text on white backgroudn gives you better contrast than other way around.

Also if it is the "all black" model you are talking about, note that on my wife's E51 allback, the front parts that were chrome metal on other colors of E51 are plastic in the black version. So it is a cost-cutter model.

So if you want a dark one better to get the grey steel version, not the all black.
