Seems my phone has a funny hardware fault.
In "flip closed" mode I can't use the "c" button or the the "escape" button (the two buttons between OK and MENU buttons).
This is a fault isn't it? I amsuposed to be able to delete numbers I misstyped in flip closed mode right?
Funny I didn't notice this til a week after I bought the thing... will return it tomorrow.
Apparently this is a hardware fault.
After having tried this some more I've found that about once every twenty times I push the C button it will actually delete a char.
check the flip-clip under the cover, maybe it isn't fixed propery and the flip has to much space between the pins of the keys and the display...

I had a similar problem after doing a restore to the phone. If I reset the phone and resync (not restore), essentially staring over, it corrected the problem.
Yes I also had the same problem.. After 2 days of use. I reset the phone and now it works perefect...just back up ur phone..reset then restore..so u dont lose ur personal preferences 😃
i had the same, but re-calibrated the screen and it was okay.
