recover contacts n96

A regular reset factory settings wouldn't erase your contacts.
But if you did a deep reset with reformatting everything then they are no longer on the phone.

You can use PC Suite to back them up / synchronize to a PC.
Or Ovi Sync to sychronize over the air with www.ovi.com and re-sync from there.

If the only place you have your contacts is now the old mobile, why don't you get that one synchronized with the PC, and then sync from the PC back to your new mobile?
