My Little Tank - let down by poor level mechanics

Our very own Tzer2 has been blasting away in a military helmet for days, in order to bring you the AAS review of Astraware's My Little Tank. It's a competent mobile game but it's let down by poor level mechanics (having to play them over and over again after dying) and by the lack of any multiplayer action.

Read on in the full article.

Hi Tzer2,

Very helpful thanks, just read it now. Love the honest manner you guys go about your reviews and this was another fine example. I must admit the following flags up my alert sirens though as although I'm an avid gamer, I'm far from a hardcore one and tend to avoid games that are known for being frustrating.

However, the learning curve is fairly unforgiving and as far as this reviewer could tell there are no restart points either. Also, any weapons upgrades you've picked up disappear when you lose a life, making it even harder to finish a tough level.

Hmm, unsure now, I liked the demo, but how far into the game will I buckle under frustration I wonder. This is where I'll be damn happy when I move back to England(next Feb) to make spending this kind of money a no-brainer again, being out here in Argie land(the Argentina peso is barely worth a turd) I have to be so damn select on my buying decisions which I hate🙄

Good to see you liked the mobipad program for using the Wii remote by the way, works great doesn't it😉

Glad you liked the review, we are honest about games as that's the whole point of reviews. 😊

The lack of restart points is probably the one thing that puts me off this game. I really don't want to be forced to re-play levels over and over again, it's no fun and it's especially annoying in a phone game.
