N96 Sticky Navi Key

Has anyone else had problems with the Navi Key making a sticky noise when pressing up or left on the N96. I've had to return two handsets to Vodafone for this issue but I'm not sure if I've just been unlucky. Once the key starts making the noise it loses its firmness and becomes sloppy to use. Not really bad but you notice a difference when you pick up a new handset and compare how the key feels. The main issue is the noise - it sounds cheap and broken. People in my office look at me when I'm using it cause it sounds so rubbish.
How long have other users had their handsets and has anyone else experienced this issue??

My T-mobile supplied N96 does the same, i first noticed it about 2-3 weeks after i got the phone, it only does it on the left side of the navi wheel, and is more noticeable at the top left side! it does sound cheap and nasty..i guess its just something we will have to put up with (if you have had 2 new phones already because if this problem)
