Anyone else having problems with iPlayer on the new V31 firmware?

This thread included a poll: Does iPlayer work on firmware V31?

Hi all,

I mentioned this in the "new firmware thread" but think it deserves a thread of its own so people realise this might be a problem...

After installing the latest v31 firmware on my N95 I can no longer get the iPlayer application to work.

I've tried installing on both the internal memory and my memory card and it makes no difference: load the application up, select my wifi point and all that loads up is the menu bar at the top of the screen and the "Help", "Contact us" etc links at the bottom. Clicking on any link does nothing at all.

No content loads like it would normaly have done. I've checked my RealPlayer settings to make sure my Wifi point is selected etc. (not that that would affect the iPlayer application as it's web-based).

Ideas anyone?

PS I've also tried a GPRS connection to see if the iPlayer page would load that way (I know I wouldn't have been able to stream via that) but still the same thing.

OK someone in another thread said that anything past version 1.00 of the iPlayer software doesn't work on the N95 - hence why when we've tried to download and install iPlayer through our phones we've had the latest version (1.01??)

Anyway I've managed to track down version 1.00 of the iPlayer application so you can go ahead and get your iPlayer access back.

Once loaded, the application tells you there's an update available... I'm not going to click it!

Jon.
