Under the details of the phone ..
I take it clicking "Read" does nothing for you .. ie no code / version .. etc 😊
i too have a similar problem. I have ended up with an import after purchasing off ebay. I want to re flash it so i can have totally english menus etc. Is the asian version inferior in anyway? Apart from the stupid dashes on the keypad. Anyhow any solutions to change the product code?
